Best Western Ivy Hill offers modern conference facilities in a relaxed setting.

Conveniently located just off the A12 between Brentwood and Chelmsford it is easily accessible for local and national visitors with ample free car parking.

 

Free wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and we have a range of equipment available for hire including LCD projectors.

We offer 24 hour and day delegate rates or if you’d prefer we can tailor a package to suit your requirements.

The newly constructed Margaretting Suite has its own private entrance and is the largest of our conference facilities, its acoustically shielded, removable walls separate the Margaretting Suite from the existing building. Although the style of the décor reflects the rest of the building the fully air-conditioned suite is bang up to date in terms of design and technology. High quality double-glazing, extensive insulation and sensor controlled low energy lighting all combine to maximise the energy efficiency of the building and at the same time enhancing the experience of the guests.

The Margaretting Suite can accommodate up to 180 guests theatre style or up to 80 guests cabaret style.

The Highwood Room on the first floor is also a new addition and offers a spacious, light, air conditioned room overlooking the gardens, perfect for up to 28 guests round a boardroom table or up to 60 guests theatre style.

Our Ivy Suites have lots of natural daylight and can be used individually for 20 guests in a u shape or round a boardroom table or can be combined to provide a larger working space.

Our air conditioned Conservatory is a more relaxed setting for an event for up to 16 delegates.

In addition we also have a number of syndicate rooms available for up to 6 guests.
